Material Launch - New Grade of Aflas material: February 2020
We are dedicated to continuous improvement by R&D one our sealing materials and have developed a new grade of Aflas based formulation offering improved compression set, better chemical resistance and higher temperature resistance.
Our specially formulated grade - MR1059 is particularly suitable for products like Aflas O rings and Aflas PHE Gaskets in the Chemical and Oil & Gas industry.
Aflas is a trademark of AGC Chemicals Co.

Contract awarded: EPDM Rubber lining of large size Butterfly Valves for OEM of international repute.
We are pleased to share that we have been awarded a contract for rubber lining of butterfly valves (PN10/PN16 rating) for sizes up to 1050NB(42") Dia. The rubber lining includes lining with a specially developed rubber compound so as to withstand & provide long service life in harsh chemicals, high temperatures and adverse application environment..The material has passed year long rigorous tests and then accepted to suit the service requirements.

Material Launch: Aflas Rubber O-Rings, Seals and Gaskets:January 2016
We have developed and now offer O-Rings, Seals and Gaskets in High Performance Material called Aflas®. This is a trademark for a unique Flouropolymer and offers:
- Excellent heat resistance with continuous service temperature capability of 230°C,
- Chemical resistance including resistance to strong acids and bases,
- High electrical resistivity
- Excellent oil resistance.
